RIFTS Coalition Dog pack Patrol - WIP

Okay, I'm going to make some changes to this; add another couple of dogboys in the background, create some depth of field, and I've redone the Psi-Stalker's armor too.. Just wanted to post this in it's initial stages so I could bring it up quicker for my own reference without waiting for my old computer to load the 140MB base .tiff file..
