No Chainmail Bikinis by MADMANMIKE No Chainmail Bikinis by MADMANMIKE
I've never really been a fan of chainmail bikinis, for practical reasons. This is my idea of a fantasy fighting woman.

As with all of my art, this was rendered in DazStudio 4.6 and postworked in Photoshop CS5.

I agree! Who wants to show some cleavage with the battle armor and expose your heart to direct attack?  Thanks for being one of the few bucking that trend on DeviantArt.

I've always tried to buck that trend in 3D in general. This leaves more to the imagination and let's the character come out instead of being hidden behind over-sized and over-exposed curves.

Chainmail Bikinis are demeaning

Thanks. I'd say I was about 13 when I stopped appreciating the female form for it's own sake. There has to be some substance, and covering the body speaks of something in the head besides air.

The breastplate is impractical like someone said already(you want sword blows to slide away from your heart)and the horns look like the collide with the shoulders if she moves her head(though it might be the angle).
As for the chainmail bikinis,i love them as much as most men.But they don't belong in the battlefield.
If you want an action girl to be taken seriously, full armor is the way to go.
