I know this is pretty old, but I like a challenge...
The alien script is Aurebesh, or Aurek-Besh; it's a Star Wars font. The text translates as:
"DON'T GO THIS WAY OR YO"
At least the part you can see, anyway.
I presume that it's supposed to be some kind of scrolling text display, and that the full message is:
"DON'T GO THIS WAY OR YOU WILL DIE"
Well, that's my take, anyway.
